Jennifer Jackson is a Licensed and Board—Certiﬁed Massage Therapist in NY City & State. She graduated from the Ivy League of Massage Schools called the Swedish Institute in 2002 and has been practicing for 16 years. She has a degree in science and has worked as a medical professional for New York Presbyterian Cornell Medical Center for the past 20 years in various capacities.
Her Quality and Performance skills are impeccable as she worked in management there for 5 years and her commitment to excellence cannot be beat. She has been a support to 3 heart surgeons and currently works in Neurology and Neurosurgery as a medical coordinator. She is in school under the communications umbrella for Public Relations in Health. The career she has built has expanded her knowledge within the healing community of Massage Therapy overall and in times of emergency.
Healing the world of medicine and ﬁtness one microﬁber at a time, she has worked for some of the most elite venues in New York City and has managed various physical issues among business, sports and medical professionals. She has worked for the W Hotel, Ritz Carlton and the exclusive Core Club to name a few. In the sports arena she has worked at Reebok Sports for the past 15 years and is currently one of the most sought—after massage therapist at Equinox Sports Club on the upper west side.
Her special certifications include Medical and Sports Massage. Other styles are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Regenerative and Aromatherapy Massage. She will be adding other modalities in the near future.
Acupuncture with Natasha
Natasha Kubis is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the states of New York and North Carolina. She is Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
She is a graduate from Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine in Montclair, NJ where she received a Master Diploma in Acupuncture, completed over 2202.5 hours of training, over 500 hours of clinical work and graduated with honors. She is a general practitioner with special interests in pain management, anxiety disorders and women’s health.
She practices a combination of Chinese and Japanese styles of acupuncture. Her treatments have a synergistic approach consisting of a combination of acupuncture, cupping, guasha, electro-acupuncture, massage, moxibustion and dietary approaches. Natasha has studied with renowned pioneer in Japanese acupuncture, Kiiko Matsumoto and continues her studies with highly regarded practitioners such as Giovanni Maciocia and Jeffrey Yuen.

Therapeutic Yoga with Yokko
Yokko is a certified therapeutic Yoga instructor. This class focuses on slow movement with deep breathing. This practice links poses to breathe to bring body awareness, inner strength, and easeful opening. The later part of class includes a restorative and/or guided meditation for the ultimate yoga experience. *medical beneﬁt: releasing physical, mental and emotional tensions such as pain, anxiety, stress. Through the class, you will practice how to nourish not only body, but mind and heart. (Semi—Private 1-4 people/class)
